I started my business a little over two years ago, drawing on two decades of sales experience. I thought I’d be a great sales coach, but I quickly learnt it wasn’t just about technique. It was about confidence. After years in a workplace "my safety blanket" and now starting my own business I faced the challenge of posting, sharing, and talking about what I did. Clearly out of my comfort zone I worried about what others would think and being judged. All of these thoughts and not taking action held me back.
I found it challenging to find a coach / mentor who would listen and genuinely understand me and what I needed other than your generic tips and strategies.
Through many trials, errors and deep reflection, I realised my blocker was my own lack of confidence and limited beliefs.
Having overcome my own fears and lack of confidence, I’m dedicated to helping small business owners sell with real, repeatable confidence and to be able to close more.
